Exchange Policy

Exchanges are possible in the following cases:

The items are unused and in their original packaging, and the items are not stitched, or
The product is defective.

Refunds Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order to our address and receive a full refund within 7 days of receiving the parcel, under the following conditions:

The products are not stitched and are in their original condition and packaging, or the products are found to be defective.
The products have been shipped back to us by the customer. The return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
Refund requests will only be entertained within 14 days, after the order is delivered to the customer (you).
International refunds will be processed in PKR. Due to fluctuations in the USD exchange rate, the refunded amount may differ from the original payment. The exact amount paid in PKR will be refunded.

Note: No refunds will be entertained until we have received the ordered items back to our office address: Shop: 83 - B1, Ghalib Road, Ghalib Market, Gulberg III, Lahore, Pakistan.

Order Cancellation Policy

Unstitched items order may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled shipping date.
Stitched item orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Delivery Refusal

Refusing to accept a shipped parcel or being unavailable at the provided address will result in no refund.
Repeated refusals may result in a ban from our store.

Customs & Duties

We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes levied by the destination country.
Refusal to pay applicable duties or taxes will not entitle the customer to a refund.

A pleasant surprise with standout customer service

Akbar Aslam outfit I ordered just arrived! And I am so happy that I had to write a review right away.

I was honestly hesitant when I placed an order with Akbar Aslam. I’ve had disappointing experiences with well-known Pakistani designers before, and I didn’t know anyone who had ordered from them. But my daughter liked their designs, so I decided to take the chance.

I’m glad I did. The outfit actually looks better in person than it did in the photos. The embroidery, color, and overall finish exceeded my expectations.

What really stood out was their customer service. I customized the outfit, and their team was extremely attentive throughout the process. At one point, I confirmed a length, but they followed up and pointed out that it didn’t seem practical. They were right. We hadn’t accounted for heels, and that saved us from a mistake.

There was some back and forth, mostly because our measurements needed refining, but they stayed engaged the entire time. Before final stitching, they sent a full confirmation and made it clear that no changes would be possible afterward. That level of clarity and accountability is rare.

For comparison, I’ve ordered from Mushq before and was disappointed with the quality. Here, the craftsmanship is solid and the outfit feels well made.

The only minor issue was with the inner waistband of the pants, where a few threads could have been trimmed more cleanly. It’s not visible and not a dealbreaker, but worth noting.

The order was customized and delivered on time, which, frankly, is not always the case with designers in Pakistan, even the big names.
