Perfect stitching. Outclass work we were worried about the size as In Pakistan often there is size issue but AKBAR ASLAM has proved that they are brand in real terms and they maintain the quality of their products as well. Highly recommeded.

I received my outfit all the way from Pakistan and I can’t express in words how gorgeous this dress is. As I don’t have a traitor here in the US I had it custom made for me and I am very happy with the stitching. The color, embroidery and design everything is top notch. I don’t know why I spent so much money on Asim Jofa and Maria B dresses but no one come close to Akbar Aslam design. I wish they also add a premium stitching option where I can add all the extra laces and tussle that can make the outfit even better. But I am very happy with their service and I will order many dresses only from AA. The dress makes me look not less beautiful than the model.

Returns:

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are possible in the following cases:
- The items are unused and in their original packaging, and the items are not stitched, or
- The product is defective.
Refunds Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order to our address and receive a full refund within 7 days of receiving the parcel, under the following conditions:
- The products are not stitched and are in their original condition and packaging, or the products are found to be defective.
- The products have been shipped back to us by the customer. The return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Refund requests will only be entertained within 14 days, after the order is delivered to the customer (you).
- International refunds will be processed in PKR. Due to fluctuations in the USD exchange rate, the refunded amount may differ from the original payment. The exact amount paid in PKR will be refunded.
Note: No refunds will be entertained until we have received the ordered items back to our office address: Shop: 83 - B1, Ghalib Road, Ghalib Market, Gulberg III, Lahore, Pakistan.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Unstitched items order may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled shipping date.
- Stitched item orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Delivery Refusal
- Refusing to accept a shipped parcel or being unavailable at the provided address will result in no refund.
- Repeated refusals may result in a ban from our store.
Customs & Duties
- We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes levied by the destination country.
- Refusal to pay applicable duties or taxes will not entitle the customer to a refund.
